Large Hot Cherry has very thick flesh with medium heat. Pods measure between 1.5 to 2″ long by 1.5 to 2″ wide. Upright pods mature from green to red. Plants grow between 18 to 24 inches tall. Mid Season pods mature in 70-80 days. Culinary uses include stuffing and pickling.
