Onza Roja is a thin flesh pod with medium heat. The pod grows to 3″ long and .5″ wide. Pods mature from green to orange and are ready mid season 70 to 80 days after transplanting. Culinary uses call for dried pods used in sauces. From Oaxaca Mexico.
