A product of an exciting breeding project conducted by Dr. John Navazio, Nash Huber of Nash’s Organic Produce and the Organic Seed Alliance, this excellent chard variety is an improvement on the classic “rhubarb” type. Perfect for full sized bunching, this variety has been selected for bolt resistance which tends to effect red chard varieties the most. Leaves are large and savoyed, with exceptional savory flavor.
